Beautiful spot in the forest near a dolmen (Mámoa do Rei). The path to get there is possible without a 4x4, but high ground clearance is recommended. You can also go through the forest from the road instead of around it, but that is only possible with small vans because of trees and branches. We were there with a Sprinter 4x4 of 7m long and 3m high. Starting point of many walks and there is a spring with drinking water! There were quite a few hikers and mountain bikers passing by, but everyone was very friendly. Very quiet at night.
