On "The three lochs forest drive", a one-way gravel road of 14 km, there are a number of places for campers. These “permits sites” can be booked in advance. The road closes at 4 pm and you will receive the code for the gate after a phone call. It gets quiet after 4 p.m. Not all places are flat. In the middle of nature. We were on D1. There are nicer places. Great for a quiet overnight stay.
