Scandinavian Forest is a wooded hill where the locals come to picnic. It can be crowded in the afternoon but no one in the evening. Very calm night, with quite a bit of wind. Accessible for large vehicles, if you are not afraid of the branches on the way. Going up, turn right, there is less waste than on the other side. Many flat spaces, view of the hills, the river and the city. A few stray but fearful dogs so they don't approach.
