Flat open spaces at the foot of the dam. It is nicer on top of the dam but there is not much space and this is a good alternative. Access via asphalt road (was probably the old road before the dam was built). No muezzin, no through traffic, the concrete area to the reservoir is an overflow and cannot be driven on. Locals are often on the top of the dam.
