**NOW HAS 2.2M HEIGHT BARRIER** Ouseburn Free Landing Turn left just before the toll booth to get to car parking area with river access. There is usually a picnic table or a couple of logs to sit on. River bank can be a bit overgrown with nettles but there is a useful jetty if there are no boats moored up. It can be a bit noisy with traffic over the bridge and noise from the nearby Scout Centre.
