An easily accessible spot close to the road, reached via a small asphalt road. We searched for a while in this section of the valley. Down by the river, there are either oasis gardens right next to it, or irrigation ditches, making it impossible to cross. The fords are narrow, and there are lots of people there fishing or playing. This spot is far enough from the road that the noise didn't bother us. We didn't need four-wheel drive, but you absolutely must have good ground clearance; the terrain is full of rough stones. There's a nice mud tower there, also empty beehives, and two small houses nearby. We spent an undisturbed night. Beautiful view of palm trees and mountain ridges.
