Very quiet place, without cars or people, except two shepherds with their animals. Lots of space to choose from. Short grass because sheep and goats graze there. A 5-minute walk away there is a spring (the Tatar spring) with drinking (but not very tasty) water. It is possible to park closer, but we liked this place better. Near the spring there are some shelters (roofs only, no benches). Access via a few hundred meters of dirt road in fairly good condition (at least when dry). There are even bathrooms nearby. Be sure to visit the Avdarma Museum if you know Russian, Romanian or Turkish. It's free and the local lady can tell you all about the history of the town.
