We are passionate about motorhomes and have designed this area with our own desires and experiences in mind to guarantee you a comfortable, safe, and relaxing stay. Location: * Address: N-435a, 21630 Beas (Huelva), Spain. * Accessibility: Just 14 km from the A-49 motorway (Seville-Portugal). Located directly on the N-435a. Easily accessible and fully paved. Registration and Reservations: * Online: Register and book anytime via the TripStop app. * In person: Registration is available at reception during opening hours. -Prices (per night): * Motorhome: €13 (includes 2 adults and 2 children, hot showers, drinking water, and grey and black water disposal). * Caravan: €26 (includes 2 adults and 2 children, hot showers, drinking water, and grey and black water disposal). * Additional person: €3 * Electricity (optional): €4 (6A fuse) -Laundry: *Washing machine €4, dryer €5 -Long Stays: *Special winter and long-stay packages available upon request. -Facilities and Services: *Our facilities are modern, and some are under construction (a shop and bar are planned). * Restrooms: *Separate areas for men and women, each with 4 showers, 4 toilets, and 3 sinks. * Accessibility: - We have a spacious, accessible restroom. * Grey and Black Water Drainage: - We have a large grey water emptying area for 4 vehicles at once, 3 black water emptying points for chemical toilets, and potable water connections. * Sinks and Laundry: - 4 sinks, laundry room with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and a drying area. * Leisure and Relaxation: - Petanque court for friendly matches. - Common room with television. - 3 covered barbecue areas and several picnic areas. * Bookcrossing area. * Security: * Fully fenced and illuminated grounds. * 24-hour security service and video surveillance. ⚠️ Important Area Rules: - Very spacious pitches, also suitable for motorhomes over 9 meters long. Contact us for more details. * Vehicle Regulations: - Cars and trailers are not allowed outside of designated pitches. They must be parked in the designated parking areas. * Awnings and canopies are permitted; tents are prohibited. * Pets: - Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times within the grounds. * Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Waste Disposal: - There is a waste collection point directly in front of the area.
