(2011) Beli Iskar - Unnamed Road

A very quiet place, in a clearing in the woods. It's very close to the road but you can't hear the traffic from here. The access road is only 200 m, but it is narrow and with a couple of obstacles that are somewhat complicated without 4x4. Front-wheel drive vehicles might struggle; rear-wheel drive maybe. With a Sprinter 4x4 L2H2 I passed without problem. In winter, with snow, I don't think it's accessible. With mud it might not be possible either. The first section of the track is narrow and with a lot of vegetation, so if you don't want to scratch the van, it's better not to try. The track from the other end is in very bad shape. There is shade (in July) until noon. A little further on you get shade in the afternoon but it is less bucolic (there is a lot of mud and stagnant water). It is not completely flat. At sunset there are a lot of mosquitoes (and flies). There is 4G but the signal varies: sometimes good, sometimes barely enough. Wild strawberries are found in the forest in July. A little further on, following the road (you can go on foot) there is a waterfall. There is almost no garbage. Let's keep it that way.
