Here's a parking lot with no signs, no restrictions. I'm on a road trip to Portugal and stayed here overnight to visit the Dune of Pilat. Unfortunately, a forest fire three years ago destroyed a tremendous amount of the area, and all the other parking lots in the region have signs prohibiting overnight stays. Not here.
