I recommend the parking lot on weekends or during the week late afternoon to early morning. The parking lot is used by employees and students from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After 6 p.m. it's usually empty. Friday afternoon to Saturday and Sunday it's empty. No ban on mobile homes or overnight stays, there have been lots of them parked there without any problems.
