Ask for the key at the shop. You must leave an ID document which will be returned when the key is returned. Parking at the back of the station too. There is a shop/café and a McDonald's in the same building. Showers and toilets inside this building. Maybe other services but I did not need to use them. Purchase of the Austrian motorway sticker possible at the shop. Friendly staff. I recommend.
