It is actually a public beach, where it is possible to stay all day and night. gravel and sand. easy access. we were in several vans, vans, campers,... nice bars nearby with private toilets and beach showers. Albanian families come to the beach for the day and park in the same place. the police pass but say nothing. respect the place and the people coming there. No idea if in high season this is still possible. It's quiet for now.
