Huge car park with view of the lakes, short walk from the ocean! Half of car park has a sign that says no camping - not sure of the other half(?) but definitely free to park all day! and lots of not assigned spaces so if you've got a big camper it shouldn't be a problem as you don't have to fit between the lines!
