Britta's Bay Free Parking. Layby with free parking all year round. Can accommodate large and small. Direct access to the beach too. Since the other local parking facilities are paid for, it means this place is very popular with cars using the beach. So, it best to arrive at dusk, when beach goers are departing. If still full, just park parallel and wait as it clears out by darkness and you will likely have the space all to yourself. Barely a car drives past after 2300. Cars/dog walkers arrive from about 0800. Very peaceful, no facilities.
