Great location overlooking Lake Tikvech. GPS places it in the water but that's because the lake is low at the moment. The dirt road is a bit bumpy, narrow at times but passable. There are certainly other places and ways to get there = as we only stayed one night, we didn't take the time to explore more. Quiet at night although houses overlook the lake. A few fishermen on Sunday night. Dogs barking in the distance for light sleepers otherwise very quiet. Very good internet. Beautiful sunset.
