Perfect for one night. Right near the Olt river. The mountain police passed by us and didn't make any observations. The place a little lower, closer to the river, I saw being used by locals who come by car towing the boat to launch it on the water. So, camping here seems like a better option than there. There is a gazebo built of wood as an observation point. For us it was the ideal place to practice yoga in the morning. Unfortunately, there is noise from the traffic. The area is a relatively narrow pass through the mountains. Across the river is the national road which has quite a lot of traffic, including at night. Right next to it, there is a railway but with 3 trains that passed, the train noise was not a problem. The area is full of blackberries. So, if you happen to be in season you can enjoy them.
