A large rest area with plenty of clean restrooms, drinks, snacks, and ice cream vending machines. Being right on Highway 94, you can hear some traffic noise, but it's not very busy at night. State police were present the entire time I was there, and you can monitor traffic on Highway 94 from the rest area. There are also picnic tables and grills available.
