Private campsite between fields with fixed pitches with clean water, electricity and drainage by hose disposal at each pitch. Lies between fields. Very quiet in the evening despite the street. Very well maintained campsite, clean & modern sanitary facilities. Showering is free. Toilet disposal available. The information room with maps, tips and books to borrow is great. Bicycle carport with electricity for e-bikes. Separate car park. Small playground for children. Bird aviary at the entrance. Very pleasant owner who takes good care of you. He asked several times if everything was ok. Bike rental possible at the reception for 9€ per day, you get modern bikes with gears. Bed & Breakfast Hotel also there. Breakfast possible there. Dune nature reserve in the immediate vicinity for hiking and cycling. Both beaches (Castricum & Eegmond) can be easily reached by bike, supermarket 10 minutes' walk (open Monday to Sunday). We were very satisfied.
