Leave the road on the right at 50.0872377, 88.4057774 and follow the gravel road. It is actually the last protected spot before the Mongolian border. You can park on the open grassy areas along the water or a little further away between the trees/bushes. From here the landscape changes to steppe. Good internet reception with Beeline.
