Red Lion

This lovely pub is run by a young lady for just under a year now (august 2023) she has opened up her parking lot for campers and all she asks is that you have a drink in her pub. Dogs are welcome and you can use the toilet inside as long as the pub is open. The terrain is gravel and a bit uneven but there is plenty of space for a larger camper. Camping activities are allowed although i would check before setting up your bbq. The staff of the pub are lovely and we would recommend it to everyone. The pub it self is from the 16th century and you are located in the English countryside so it’s fairly quiet apart from the pubs local regulars who are not noisy at all and very respectful to the camper and will move their car if needed. They offer Great traditional pub food including Fish and Chips and Pizzas all cooked fresh to order. You can book for breakfast on arrival if you want. They also cater well for Vegetarian and Vegan diets
