There is grass parking on the side of the road. There are no restrictions, but there is no parking sign either. A local stopped by and told it is private place, but fine to spend a night or few hours there. Trash bins are 50 meters down the road, next to a small train station. There are a few more spaces there, too. The beach is nearby. It is small but very nice, with two restaurants.
