At this address, "PHU Wolicki," there's a repair shop, but more importantly, a gas cylinder dealer who exchanges and refills cylinders. It took only 15 minutes. Having a dedicated adapter for refilling a Czech cylinder was a plus. There's plenty of space to park and wait. I can't say whether you can communicate well in German, as I speak Polish myself. It'll probably work out with hand gestures.
