Welcome to Rubbertsmühle in Drensteinfurt! We offer two individual pitches on our farm. Please contact us before you arrive (by phone, email, or WhatsApp). 1. Individual pitch with sauna: By the mill tower in the orchard (photos 1, 2, 3) 2. Individual pitch with sauna: By the mill tower in the goat meadow (photos 2, 4, 5) ◽️Feel free to come with your friends in multiple campervans. ◽️Pets are welcome at pitch 1, but not at pitch 2. You are welcome to bring multiple animals. You will arrive on a quiet walking/dog path without having to cross any roads. By booking, you agree to the following terms: 1. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing animals. 2. We ask that you keep your animals on a leash at all times while on our property (long lead, etc.). 3. Guests who allow their animals to roam freely despite this agreement must leave the premises immediately. No refunds will be issued in this case. ◽️You'll be camping with a view of our mill tower and the farm buildings. The mill tower is always a highlight. It was built at the end of the 19th century and lost its sails early on due to a fire. Until it ceased operation, the mill was powered by a combined heat and power plant. Today, the tower is a listed monument and provides a habitat for kestrels, owls, and corvids. You'll be camping with a view of our mill tower and the farm buildings. ◽️Vintage tractors ◽️Shady spots ◽️Two goats, Azrael and Lavender, cat Katinka, owls, kestrels, rabbits, pheasants ◽️Tree and bush fruit for eating ◽️In summer: the scent of fresh hay ◽️Fire pit ◽️Barrel sauna for your use, rain shower under the linden tree ◽️Refrigerator stocked with drinks (water, beer, wine) and eggs from free-range chickens ◽️Private bathroom with shower ◽️4 kWh of electricity included ◽️Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 1 pm. If no one is there before you/arriving after you, you are welcome to arrive earlier/leave later. ◽️Activities: I've put together a little booklet with things to see and do, which I'll send you upon booking and which you can use for inspiration. Here's a brief overview: Numerous cycling and hiking trails (Werse Cycle Path, Castle Route, Industrial Heritage). Grocery store 1 km away. Restaurants, post office, doctors: approx. 2 km. Swimming pool 8 km away. Münster, Dortmund, Hamm nearby (train stations 6 and 8 km away, respectively). Prices: ▫️40 Euros/night. The price is for one vehicle with a maximum of two people. ▫️Prices for additional persons/night: Each additional adult (16 years and older) costs 10 Euros, children 4 years and older cost 7 Euros. ▫️Prices for additional vehicles upon request. Barrel sauna: €22 for 2.5 hours for one or two people. The fire pit is free. You can purchase wood from us (€5) or bring your own. 1. The side road leading to the farm has very little traffic. Most of the road noise is filtered out by the farm buildings and fields. 2. Private spot with sauna: By the mill tower at the goat meadow A private spot for you in the large meadow. The meadow is bordered by fruit trees. Adjacent to the meadow live our two goats, Azrael and Lavender. While they are shy, they always enjoy visitors because they are very curious and love to observe. ◽️The meadow with the parking space is directly adjacent to our farm. If you prefer complete privacy and a quieter setting, you should choose the other spot (single pitch with sauna: by the mill tower in the orchard). ◽️Private bathroom with toilet and shower. Hot water is supplied by an instantaneous water heater (38 degrees Celsius). ◽️Road noise: If the field between the meadow and the road is developed, you will have a quieter experience; otherwise, depending on the wind direction, traffic, and weather, you will hear varying degrees of road noise.
