I will send you the arrival information if a pitch is available. Do not drive onto the grass! Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. They must be kept on a leash. Bicycle rental is available for a small fee. Cycle along the former railway line to the Biggesee cycle path, 700 m away. Pitch 1 with a view: €20.00 per night. Suitable for campers up to 6.00 m in length and roof tents. The ground is made of eco-friendly paving stones, and an adjacent living area is located next to the house with a view of the meadow and the beautiful Brachtpetal valley. Private terrace adjacent to the pitch. Kitchenette in a farmhouse cupboard next to the pitch. Maneuvering skills are required. The pitch is approximately 6.45 m x 3.50 m. Pitch 2 by the path: €10.00 per night. Only for VW campervans, panel vans, panel vans, and roof tents (hard shell and hybrid). The parking space is located directly on the road. Gravel surface; there is a road above the road. The parking space is sloped, not level. Suitable for a maximum of 2 nights. 3. Meadow Parking Space: €25.00 per night. Currently, the meadow is only accessible in relatively dry weather, as we have not yet laid the grass pavers. ------------------------------- Welcome to Mühlenhof! My former mill is located in an idyllic, secluded location in the recognized resort town of Drolshagen. Cabin A comfortably furnished cabin (shared space) with furnishings, a wood-burning stove, and a terrace is available for your use. A small electric grill and a table grill are also provided. The cabin also contains a small emergency kit. You can also take a shower in the charming outdoor bathroom, which is housed in a red wine barrel. Notes: Toilet: Guest camping composting toilet by Trobolo is located in the outdoor bathroom. The solid waste container must be emptied after each use and relined with liners and wood shavings. Shower: The camping shower, housed in a red wine barrel with a water heater, is located in the outdoor bathroom. Showers cost €1.50 per person. The gas water heater is available from spring to autumn. Electricity: €2.50 per night. Bicycle rental is available for a small fee. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Grey water disposal: Only possible with a canister. Guest Wi-Fi (limited coverage, not available everywhere in the house). No parties or loud music. Minimum age of guests: 7 years. The grounds are not childproof. Farm shop in the stairwell. Drolshagen and surrounding area: The Drolshagen region is part of the Sauerland Rothaar Mountains Nature Park, a tranquil and wooded low mountain range. Numerous paths lead along babbling brooks through charming meadows up to the beautiful heights. Enjoy breathtaking views across wide valleys and mountains. Fresh air, birdsong in summer, or the stillness of the winter landscape captivate the senses and make the Drolshagen region unforgettable. The Drolshagen region has much to offer hikers and cyclists. Approximately 140 km of well-signposted and marked hiking trails open up a diverse area. Lake Bigge, with its many recreational opportunities, is located about 4.5 km from our property. A cycle path leads directly from our village to the site, partly along former railway lines. To reach the hiking trails, you need to return to the village via the main road (approx. 500 m). Animals are on site. The meadow below the mill is used for agriculture. At the Eichener Mühle bakery, you can get baked goods from an artisan baker – a treat for all the senses! It's about 1.4 km away and easily accessible via the cycle path. The baker's van comes on Saturdays around 10:15 am. Camping on our site is at your own risk. I look forward to seeing you!
