EBERSDORFER SEE - gravel parking at the lake with free admission. Without restrictions, right on the lake. Restaurant (closed on Mondays) and public. WC available. Right next to it a tennis center. PLEASE stand on the back of the parking lot (right on the banks of the Pielach River). Along the Pielach you can also cycle wonderfully from here. And should you feel too busy on the lake at the weekend, you can also swim in the Pielach. We were there in June on a weekday and found the nocturnal croaking of the frogs very idyllic. At night, the shores of the lake are beautifully lit. There are extra dog areas on the lake, lawns, shady sand playground for children, a shallow bathing area for the little ones. PLEASE behave here particularly considerate, leaves no garbage and remains only one night (which applies anyway throughout Austria) - we would be sad if we find here in the future prohibition panels for campers.
