Free parking and overnight stays are available in a fairground parking lot behind a school, with no services. It's not particularly attractive, but functional, and everything is within walking distance. Enjoy walks along the Inde River with your dog. There's a great butcher shop at the Schlachthofkurve (slaughterhouse bend) on Saturdays, and the city center with everything you need is just 10 minutes away. There's a weekly market on the market square on Saturdays. Also located here is "Mexi & Co," a cult pub with over 40 years of history, serving hot meals on weekends and showing live football.
