FÅGELSUNDET FISKELÄGE, TIERP Fågelsundet is an old fishing village on the northernmost part of Hållnäshalvön. Adjacent to the fishing village lies the cherry-grove, Nature trail of the bird The ladder is 2 km long and runs through woods with old pines, over striped rocks and past beautiful orchids. Here you will experience a plant and wildlife that is unique to Norduppland. From the end of May until Midsummer, the rare grouse grows in Kallviken. Along the ladder there are six numbered posts. Take a folder at the parking lot and read what you can see and hear at each post. Experience the ocean North of the Birds Strait, Björns archipelago expands. Among the small cobs and cuttings are many bird species. Look out for the hedgehog, the world's largest dune, and the magnificent sea eagles.
