In Sbeitla, we were followed by the tourist police from the Roman excavations to the P4N campsite near the bridge. They were supposed to take us to the hotel. They then followed us quite discreetly through the town in the dark, without lights. We continued on and spent the night here. The campsite is simply a bit off the main road. Nothing special. Just a place to sleep. We slept well and peacefully.
