Brutal place! We found it from google maps on a foggy afternoon where no more than 3m of fog could be seen and the parking lots above were full. We went down first to see the area on foot and we decided to park two large campers and at the last curve just before reaching the bottom where there is a raft for firefighters we parked and spent the night without problem.
