Naturmanera

The project, Naturmanera, is in its very, very early stages, so there are no services, apart from a provisional yet functional compost toilet. The parking spot is almost level. There is a 1-2 bar 5G signal, and that's pretty much it for now, but we're working on improvements and permits. The last 20m of the road are in bad condition, not recommended for large or very low and sensitive vehicles. We use it with regular cars, vans, tractors, etc. I even managed to get a small caravan through, so it is possible, but quite the offroad experience. We're in the process of fixing that together with all neighbours and the town hall. Last but not least, when it comes to the natural surroundings, being here is a true privilege. There are hundreds of trees in and around the property, wildflowers, a beautiful creek, a little meadow, nice views of the valley, almost no light pollution and loads of birds to see and hear. We're very close to the Via Verde de la Plata, so if you like cycling and walking you can enjoy it's easy and picturesque access to most of the villages in the valley.
