Camping Sierra de Gata

The remodeling of this campsite, located next to the San Blas River, has involved work on all its infrastructures, with special emphasis on modernization, universal accessibility and energy efficiency. Among other actions, the remodeling of the swimming pool and the extension of the restaurant, the installation of solar panels for hot water and individualized digital meters for the electricity supply of the plots, as well as the renovation of the furniture. Once this investment is completed, the Gata campsite will be one of the most modern in Extremadura and will contribute to the increase in the quality accommodation offer in Sierra de Gata, one of the most touristic regions in the region. It will have 70 plots of 70 square metres, with an approximate capacity for 210 people, 18 bungalows with 75 places, a cafeteria with 36 places, a restaurant with 60 places and another summer restaurant with 56 places, as well as other facilities such as a new swimming pool, a multi-sports court, a multi-purpose building and Wi-Fi throughout the complex.
