Welcome to Lexenmühle in the popular Holzbach Gorge, the oldest nature reserve in the Westerwald region. Your unique, peaceful campsite is located in our large garden, about 100 meters from our old mill. A private path leads you to your own tranquil spot right by the wild and romantic Holzbach stream, which soothes both body and mind. Depending on the season, various fruits and vegetables grow around your campsite, which you are welcome to use after a brief consultation. The famous Westerwaldsteig hiking trail passes directly by the campsite and traverses the equally well-known and adjacent Holzbach Gorge. After a fascinating hike through the gorge, the Dappricher Hof farm café is highly recommended. Bread roll delivery service available upon request :-) Toilet/shower, electricity, firewood, and bread roll delivery are each €5 per night/unit.
