Le Bercail des Avelines

Our farm campsite offers a pitch in the middle of the meadows, near our sheepfold, available year-round. Parking is on gravel for vehicles, or on grass in dry weather. Facilities are only accessible to overnight campers, and the nightly rate includes access to bathrooms and toilets, an electric charging point, and a fresh and wastewater disposal station. A fire pit is also available. Optional breakfast packages and packed lunches are available upon request, as well as electric bikes. We are happy to help you create a tailor-made stay, and you can even reserve the entire site if you wish to come as a group. We are pleased to advise you on the best walks, bike rides, or horseback rides starting from our farm, as well as places to discover in our region, places to eat or have a drink… and of course, to meet our sheep! Please note that the valley road is only accessible in one direction, from the center of Sart-Dames-Avelines. If you are coming from the N5 (Brussels/Waterloo/Genappe), first go to the hamlet of "Les 4 bras" in Baisy-Thy, then follow the signs for Rue Houlette and then Chemin de la Vallée. Once on Chemin de la Vallée, continue along the cobbled road, driving very slowly and keeping to the right (do not drive in the middle of the road, it is too narrow). I will be waiting for you at Le Bercail, a large wooden building.
