The parking lot is right next to the train tracks and on a busy road. The view is really beautiful though. There is no parking meter and so it's free. There are also no prohibition signs. I haven't found anything better in the immediate area. At the official parking lot opposite there is a swimming area and hiking trails down the hill. Absolutely sufficient for one night.
