Place for one or two by the river. Probably one of the closest places to park near an external Schengen border. Super quiet night, also quiet during the day. An occasional car that goes to Grense Jakobselv. There are no prohibition signs, the area is a border area, so restrictions apply. I'll download them here for your convenience. Parking within these restrictions is not prohibited. It is probably best not to swim in the river because it is the border.
