Here, you can choose your own spot or sit under one of our trees. To create the perfect evening atmosphere, we have provided a fire bowl and wooden tables. You can purchase wood from us. The Römerhof offers plenty of space to fully enjoy nature. Known for its traffic jam reports, at the Römerhof you can experience Gunzgen's idyllic side, completely free of street noise. The municipality of Gunzgen lies approximately 434 meters above sea level on the edge of the Jura Mountains and the Thal Nature Park. There are countless opportunities for hikes and bike tours. The Aare River, which can be reached by bike in about 15 minutes, invites you to take a cool dip on hot days. Other possible excursion destinations, especially for children, include the Vögeligarten (Vogel Garden) in Olten or the Wichtelweg (Witch Trail) in Wolfwil, with its small restaurant, farm, and animals. More sporty excursions include the hike through the Teufelfelsschlucht Gorge or the "1000-Stägeli" (1,000-Stägeli) route in Bonigen.
