Frießnitz is located in the Thuringian Vogtland region, right at the Hermsdorf interchange where the A4 and A9 motorways intersect. Please check in at Kindergartenweg 3 upon arrival. I'm a camper myself and often look for a quiet place to stay or just for a quick overnight stay. You've come to the right place! The campsite is on the edge of the village, right in front of a small pond (not for swimming). My animals, such as cows, chickens, ducks, geese, and rabbits, live right next door in a free-range environment. In the village itself, there's a bakery with homemade bread and rolls. A bread roll delivery service is also available daily. There's also a restaurant serving delicious Thuringian cuisine and an ice cream parlor. Furthermore, there are several excursion options nearby, such as Osterburg, Zeulenroda, the Taalsperre reservoir, and Lake Frießnitz with its birdwatching tour. Everything is accessible by bicycle, and there are also cycle paths. I would be delighted to welcome you!
