This place – clearly a busy ski resort in winter – is a wide-open rubble piece of land that sits next to the car park of a restaurant/entertainment complex. It’s basic and there’s no shade/shelter, but it has lovely views over immediate farmland and the mountains in the distance, and there’s a small supermarket and other town amenities 2 mins’ drive away. A lovely place to watch the sunset! If you’re in a motor home and prefer the company of fellow motorhomers, there’s a designated motorhome park directly opposite. Both options free and all fine to do! Public toilets across the road are handy, and there are a couple of edges to this rubble land edged with grass .
