Nice quiet spot for overnight stay near The Bell, Hempton. On the edge of the common with ducks and country wildlife, right opposite the lovely pub where there is a warm welcome and great beer. The spot is flat next to a common area with football posts and a kids’ play area. Also a stones throw from a garden centre where we had breakfast. Very friendly locals in the morning, dog walkers from 7am stopped for a chat. Peaceful night’s sleep. Width restriction (6’6’’) on one approach possible to avoid by approaching other side
