This is a parking space that you can rent for a fee. The area consists of a driveway to old hotels that are empty. When we were thinking about parking here, the owner told us that we would be happy to stay with him overnight. Payment via the app (instructions shown at the entrance) and soon you will also be able to pay by machine. Just a parking lot with no service but quiet and 2 minutes from the beach. Great location!
