Small, nice parking lot on the edge of a cemetery. There are toilets on the cemetery grounds that were open during the day. The parking lot is near water and no, we didn't have any mosquitoes (07/24). There is a small church on the cemetery grounds where small events are occasionally held. We stayed there for one night. It was OK, everyone was friendly to us.
