Long free parking with lots of herringbone space. We were there day and night without problem, visiting the city all day. Bus stop on the other side of the bridge, convenient to get downtown (think about buying a transport card beforehand, they don't sell one on the bus). Otherwise, you can reach Hagia Sophia downtown, on foot, in a leisurely hour of walking. It passes through pleasant and less touristy neighborhoods where you can find cheap restaurants, fishmongers, grocery stores.
