HARTHEIM CASTLE - large gravel parking lot. A member of staff at the castle told me that motorhomes are welcome to stay overnight here, despite the PRIVATE PARKING sign. Please be particularly considerate and respectful here: if you find out about the tragic history of the castle or even take a guided tour, you will understand why. The MANUFACT shop and the LEBENSWERT cafe are also highly recommended. And let us be grateful every day for how incredibly lucky we were not to have to experience this fate.
