Commuter parking where one end is usually empty. pretty much all spots support a lot of overhang. The spot furthest down the parking even has a bit of mowed grass where you could sit outside without anyone noticing as the van would cover you up. Trains do pass very nearby so if you can't sleep with those sounds maybe it isn't for you. It also doesn't feel the safest at night with how secluded it is.
