A sunny, wild, and challenging plateau, yet easily accessible, with incredible views. This promontory site is the northernmost legal parking spot on the entire peninsula and is located outside the military zone. There are no "No Parking" signs. Thanks to its exposed location, it enjoys the most sunshine, although strong northwest winds are frequent. Cloud cover rarely reaches this point, resulting in more sunshine than in other locations. Network coverage is weak but available. For those who prefer a less exposed location, there is another flat site further down, by the sea. Unfortunately, litter accumulates by the sea, but the higher site is completely litter-free. The lower site does not require 4x4/AWD, but it does need some ground clearance. The higher site, however, features uneven terrain, erosion, and is steep and stepped, making it more suitable for 4x4/AWD vehicles. Driving a 6-meter van is quite relaxing, provided the suspension and your driving skills are up to par. The terrain is mostly rocky, so even after heavy rain, it's easy to get out. If you're looking for a place to sunbathe in winter and don't mind forgoing direct beach access, this is one of the most secluded and legal spots. There aren't even any locals around. Perfect for a relaxing day in solitude with fantastic views.
