(DG7 3SH) - Unnamed Road

What a magical find. Beautiful loch view in the middle of the forest. Better space than the big car park at the other side of the loch. No traffic on the road at night. Great spot to see the stars. Possible to get down to the loch from here for a swim. Midges can be problematic at dusk/dawn. NOTE: Access road is single track and has two narrow bridges, but roads and bridges were designed for farm and forestry vehicles, so large coach-built motorhome will fit if driver has adequate skill (not first time out in rental vehicle...), otherwise van conversions and campers easy and motorhomes with experienced drivers only!
