Great, quiet spot across the bridge from the village. There are NO public toilets on site. These have been closed by the local authority on an all year permanent basis (Nov 2023). There are toilets and shower (chargeable) facilitates at the community hub across the road during its opening hours. There is also a public toilet in the village of Ardgay, 1 mile south. Plenty of parking bays nearer the entrance. Some of the bays further away from the entrance are a bit tight and only suitable for smaller MHs. Please don't park on the grass - leave that for tents. Please don't park on the turning area at the bottom of the track - leave that for folk to turn on so they don't have to reverse all the way back up. Some Flat ground for camping. Please be mindful that this is a village parking area, accessed by general public for shops and fishing. Beautiful views of the river and estuary. Aug 2024.
