If the wind turbines start on the right side, there are always small dirt roads (gravel or sand) that lead off to the right.
Walk in there for 2-3km and then you can stand nice and still.
We took an official turnoff to a gravel works (gravel road) and stopped about 2km after the wind turbines on the left side.
