Warning! We've been told in the tourist information that this parking is accessible with a regular car, and indeed locals go there with ones and we managed to reach it too (Volvo V70), but I would never recommend anyone to go there without a proper 4x4 vehicle. It costed me leaking AC. It's ca. 14km road from the dam, which takes over 1 hour. I'm adding few pictures of the road, 2 times we needed to stop and move some stones from the road. Parking itself is ok to spend the night.
